Greater Good Initiative Announcement

February 17, 2012

We’re proud to announce the start of our new corporate program, the Greater Good Initiative.  At Source Consulting, we have a high standard of corporate and community responsibility, in which we believe of the need to place a sincere value in people and the environment.  This initiative is the next step in our company’s corporate philosophy.  The Greater Good Initiative dedicates an entire work day for our employees to volunteer and help out charitable organizations, all for the ‘Greater Good’.  Our employees get to nominate organizations that the company would help during the designated day and after one group is chosen, all employees along with their spouses are invited to volunteer.

Our President, Luke Kupersmith, comments, “Our corporate culture is a reflection of our great employees...We believe it’s our responsibility to do more than just work for profit, but to ensure that we are making efforts toward the Greater Good of others.”  We hope you join us in pursuing the greater good either with us or in your own area.

We’re excited to announce our inaugural Greater Good day will be Monday, February 20th, 2012 at the Someone Cares Soup Kitchen.  This non-profit provides nutritional and tasty meals to the less fortunate in the community in a friendly atmosphere.  Whether someone is homeless or unemployed, Someone Cares provides a well-balanced meal for all.  You can read more about this organization here.
